(Tako=Octopus, Yaki=Grilled) is a popular Japanese dumpling made of batter,
diced boiled octopus, tempura scraps (tenkasu), pickled ginger, and green onion,
topped with okonomiyaki sauce /soy sauce / kabosu ponzu / ume,
mayonnaise, green laver(aonori), and fish shavings (katsuobushi).
